These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and any purchase made through it.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About This Website
This is a personal project run by an independent plant collector.
So Syngonium is a private collection of plants and propagated cuttings grown and shared on a small scale.
This is not a large commercial company or mass production business.
2. Products
All plants and cuttings offered are:
Grown and propagated from my personal collection
Living natural products
Unique and may vary in size, shape, colour, and appearance
Photos are taken from real plants, but natural variation is expected.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You understand you are purchasing a live plant
You accept natural variation between plants
Availability is limited and based on my personal stock
I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if necessary (for example, if a plant is no longer available).
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€)
Prices may vary depending on plant size and rarity
Payment must be completed before shipping or handover
5. Shipping
Plants are carefully packed and shipped in accordance with seasonal conditions
I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of live plants:
Returns are generally not accepted
Refunds are only possible if a plant arrives significantly damaged or incorrect
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
7. Care Responsibility
After delivery, plant care becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
I am not responsible for plant condition after improper care, environmental stress, or acclimation issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All photos, text, and content on this website belong to So Syngonium and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for:
Loss or damage due to shipping delays
Improper plant care after delivery
Indirect or consequential damages
