Where do we ship?

Since my collection is based in Paris, France, I currently ship only within the European Union.

All shipping details are discussed individually by message, including your preferred courier service. Please note that once the package is handed over to the shipping company, I cannot be held responsible for delays, handling, or any issues that may occur during transit.

Important: Unboxing protocol

Each plant is photographed before shipment, so you know exactly what condition it leaves in.

If something is wrong upon arrival, please record a full unboxing video from the very beginning of opening the package and send it to me. This video is the only way to confirm what happened during delivery and to discuss a solution together.
